Cancellation, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All products are individually printed to order, so please select your products carefully as there is no refund, return or exchange for a change of mind.
Please note that artworks with custom mounting/framing (“select a custom presentation”) as well as unmounted/unframed photo prints are excluded from the right to cancellation/withdrawal, as they are custom-produced to your individual specifications. Custom products are excluded from the right to cancel
In the unfortunate circumstance that the goods it is damaged during delivery or you have been sent the incorrect product, you must email info@atravelgirl.com within 24 hours of receipt, with proof of damage/incorrect product, the receipt and/or proof of purchase.
After further verification with the printing service, if your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how and where to return the product. It must be returned within 7 days and the product will be replaced. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do our best to deliver these prints to you in excellent condition, however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage due to improper handling or display.
If the picture for any reasons can’t be shipped to your country, we will refund you.
