It’s not possible to use, distribute or repurpose any of atravelgirl.com website content and/or products for commercial purposes without my written approval.

These terms and conditions have been drafted to regulate the business relationship between you and me and are intended to be both binding and fair. The basis for any order or contract will therefore always be the following General Terms and Conditions, and you acknowledge and confirm you are aware of them and agree to their application when you place an order with me. Section 1: Photo color Quality

The Photo color you see on your screen can differ from the color of the final product. Please note that due to color variables with different computer monitors and printers there may be a slight variation to the photographic print color that you see on your computer monitor however the professional printer will reproduce a close accuracy to the original image.

Photographs are always dependent on environmental influences; their appearance and color can change and fade. To ensure you keep enjoying our works of art, you should not expose photographs, laminations, or frames, either in part or in full, to direct sunlight, hang them directly above heating appliances or expose them to a higher level of humidity than expected in a normal living room. Photographs, laminations, and frames are therefore not suitable for external areas, cellars, bathrooms, or kitchens. Laminations with UV protective film or acrylic glass and wooden frames are very sensitive to scratches and dirt and should therefore only be handled with gloves or equivalent protection.

Section 2: Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions in their most current version at the time of order shall exclusively govern the business relationship between Julia Stella, and the orderer. Julia Stella shall not recognize any differing terms set out by the orderer unless such conditions have been expressly agreed to by Julia Stella in writing.

Section 3: Conclusion of contract

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer; it is a non-binding online catalogue only. The products you have selected by pressing the “Add to basket” button are summarised again for you in an order overview at the end of the order process. Here you can review the various information provided during the order process and add to or correct. By checkin out, you send your order details and make a binding declaration to Julia Stella that you want to purchase the products listed there. I automatically accept your offer upon receipt of your order. After sending the order, you will receive an email with an order and contract confirmation, in which the details of your order are listed again.

The contractual language is English.

Section 4: Cancellation, Refunds, and Exchanges

All products are individually printed to order, so please select your products carefully as there is no refund, return or exchange for a change of mind.
Please note that artworks with custom mounting/framing (“select a custom presentation”) as well as unmounted/unframed photo prints are excluded from the right to cancellation/withdrawal, as they are custom-produced to your individual specifications. Custom products are excluded from the right to cancel

In the unfortunate circumstance that the goods it is damaged during delivery or you have been sent the incorrect product, you must email info@atravelgirl.com within 24 hours of receipt, with proof of damage/incorrect product, the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

After further verification with the printing service, if your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how and where to return the product. It must be returned within 7 days and the product will be replaced. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do our best to deliver these prints to you in excellent condition, however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage due to improper handling or display.

If the picture for any reasons can’t be shipped to your country, we will refund you.

Section 5: Delivery, Duties, and Taxes

Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be sent directly from the printing service to your address or to the delivery address specified by you. The delivery time is approx. 20 workdays depending on customs and the recipient country.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

Section 6: Prices and payment

Julia Stella reserves the right to change pricing at her discretion and without notice. Prices for items are fixed once your order has been confirmed. Unless an error on my part has occurred.
Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.
The online prices do not include frame and duties tax.
Payments made via atravelgirl.com website are processed using a third-party payment gateway. I do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from my website. Orders will be fulfilled after payment has been cleared. The purchase price is paid in advance and via a valid credit card.

Section 7: Shipping costs

When ordering online, please select the country of the desired shipping destination; the correct shipping costs will then be shown.

Orders with items of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order. For logistics reasons, Julia Stella can split the order across multiple shipments, you shall not incur additional costs for this.

Section 8: Retention of title

Until full and final payment, the delivered goods shall remain the property of Julia Stella.

Section 9: No granting of rights

By buying a photographic print, you are only acquiring material ownership of the print. No other rights are granted or implied. Any reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, public exhibition, or other analog or digital use is not permitted unless authorised by law.

Section 10: Collecting, processing, and using personal data

Certain Device Information is automatically collected, including information about your web browser, operating system, and IP address.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, certain Order Information is collected from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number, and will be kept for record keeping unless and until you ask for this information to be deleted.

We do not store your banking and credit card details on our site and your order is managed by a third-party secure payment gateway.

When you provide me with your personal details it is implied that you consent to the terms and conditions of me collecting and using it for that specific purpose. If there are any secondary marketing reasons, then you will be asked directly for your consent or provided with an opportunity to opt-out. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Section 11: Applicable law

In case of a dispute between the Parties, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute personally and in good faith. If these personal resolution attempts fail, this Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. All disputes shall be resolved by ordinary courts of the Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland.
