Start your day with a Spanish Breakfast at the Mercado de San Miguel or have a big brunch at one of the 5-star hotels, such as the Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid.

At 12:00
Go shopping on Salamanca, this Madrid’s shopping street is for any budget, there you will find Zara, Mango and Massimo Dutti, but also many luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Prada and others.
You don’t like shopping? Then take a walk in the Madrid city garden, which is large and beautiful, you will find a lake with ducks, different musicians all around the garden and Palacio de Cristal (a popular Instagram spot).

At 3 pm
Eat a delicious lunch on Salamanca or Gran via, both Madrid’s streets have a variety of restaurants with different vibes and on any budget. Can’t choose a restaurant for lunch? Read my other blog with tips for restaurants in Madrid.

At 6 pm
Enjoy a cocktail or cappuccino on one of Madrid’s rooftop with stunning views of the city. Such views have the Principal Hotel, Hyatt Hotel and Terraza de Sabatini. Don’t forget to take beautiful photos when you get there, all 3 places have a nice atmosphere.

At 8 pm
Enjoy your dinner in stylish restaurant like Amazonico or Ten Con Ten. If you have had enough tapas and are going to skip dinner, you can go to the cool cocktail bar Salmon Guru and try different cocktails.

At 10 pm
Finish your evening with a flamenco show at the corral De La Moreria, the oldest flamenco locale in Madrid. This place has a friendly staff and a very authentic atmosphere. They also have an excellent restaurant with delicious food. Don’t forget to book a table in advance or ask your hotel to do it for you, whether you’re just planning to watch the show or have dinner there.

At 11.30 pm
If you are still full of energy, go dancing! Madrid has many bars and night clubs with various types of music. You can go to Amazonico Jazz Club, Macera Taller Bar or some night clubs like Kapital or Opium.
